Cloudflare hosting

Cloudflare Workers and Static Assets deliver and protect this website. When you browse, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver content and operate security services. Processing may occur outside Egypt. The website does not store ordinary page visits in the inquiry database. Routine Worker invocation logs and tracing are disabled; limited application error events are retained for troubleshooting, with query-string redaction configured. This does not disable Cloudflare’s own service, security or operational processing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare acts under its applicable service terms and data-processing agreement.

Project inquiries

When you submit the project inquiry form, CAIOTEK receives and stores the information you provide to understand requested services, respond to your request, prepare quotations, request necessary missing information and communicate about requested projects. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, country, selected service areas and project details. We do not use inquiry information for unsolicited marketing, unrelated profiling or sale to third parties. Company, phone, country and service selections are optional.

Inquiry consent and provider arrangements

We ask for your explicit consent to process the details you submit to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements, prepare quotations and request necessary missing information. The separate privacy checkbox is unchecked by default and is not marketing consent. We record the server acceptance time and the privacy notice version with your inquiry. You can withdraw this consent by contacting info@caiotek.com with your reference; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. We will stop consent-based inquiry handling and assess deletion, subject to any applicable obligation or documented project, warranty, claim or legal-hold exception. Any further use must have an applicable basis; consent to an inquiry is not blanket permission for other purposes.

CAIOTEK uses Cloudflare and Resend under their applicable data-processing agreements. Providers may process data outside Egypt, including Resend storage in the United States; a sending region does not guarantee storage in that region.

Confirmation and internal notifications

After a successful submission, the website creates an inquiry reference and sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. CAIOTEK also receives an internal notification so the team can respond to your request.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry details, a unique reference, inquiry status, submission time and email processing status are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Workers processes submissions. Resend processes your email address and inquiry information to send the confirmation and CAIOTEK notification. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards info@caiotek.com to the owner-managed personal Gmail inbox, where Google processes the messages. The owner manages CAIOTEK inquiry copies separately from personal mail. Copies also remain in the customer’s recipient mailbox. Service providers may process information internationally as necessary to provide these services.

Security and spam prevention

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when available. Cloudflare processes browser and technical request information to prevent automated abuse; the server verifies the security token and may send your IP address to Cloudflare for this check. The inquiry database does not store this token or your IP address. Technical hosting logs may be processed for security and reliability.

Website resources

Fonts are served from this website; loading them does not make requests to Google Fonts. The application does not include advertising pixels, session recording or visitor-analytics scripts. Your browser may store a theme preference locally. Cloudflare’s hosting and security processing is described above.

Inquiry retention

We normally retain website inquiries for 24 months from their original submission date. The planned daily cleanup will remove expired inquiries from our active website database once activation is approved. It is currently disabled. Inquiries being actively handled or supporting an ongoing customer relationship are protected until closed. Necessary project and warranty records are retained throughout the applicable two-year warranty period, measured from its commencement date. Active projects, unresolved warranty claims, disputes, accounting obligations and valid legal holds are protected by documented exceptions. Those exceptions are reviewed and released when no longer necessary. We review these exceptions and delete eligible expired inquiries on the next cleanup; later correspondence does not restart the original 24-month period.

Deleting a website inquiry does not automatically erase copies in email inboxes, email-provider systems, technical logs or recovery backups. These copies require separate retention controls and may persist for their applicable recovery or legally required periods. Contact us for details or to request deletion across the systems we control.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law applicable to your situation, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact info@caiotek.com with your request and inquiry reference if available; we may need to verify your identity securely. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

What not to send

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information in an initial project inquiry.

CAIOTEK’s original website content, designs, software and brand assets are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited except where permitted by law, an applicable license or prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party materials, software and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and license terms. This notice does not override open-source licenses or statutory exceptions.
